Excludes: - Publicly available information - Information received from third parties - Independently developed information - Information required by law to disclose
Protection Standards¶
- Use only for intended purpose
- Limit access to need-to-know
- Protect with reasonable measures
- Return or destroy upon request
Term and Survival¶
